What is our return policy?

At Besos Biquinis, we gladly accept unworn and unwashed regular-priced merchandise returned within 7 calendar days of receival for store credit only. To be eligible for store credit, the items must be free of any stains or odors, including bodily fluid marks and deodorant stains, and all hygiene liners must be attached and unaltered. For sanitary reasons, we ask that you try on items over underwear.

Please return unworn items in their original packaging with all Besos Biquinis hang tags and boxes. We reserve the right to refuse garments that show any signs of wear.

Please note that only full-priced items are eligible for store credit, and store credit is a one-time discount code that must be used in a single purchase. Any unused amount will be forfeited. All orders are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, but if you need a different size, color, or style, we will issue store credit for the item cost. You can then use the store credit to place a new order for your desired items.

The following items are not qualified for Store Credit:

  • All items that are on sale
  • Items that were bought during sale periods

Please note that we don't provide price adjustments, and the purchase price displayed on the website at the time of purchase is final. This means that if the price of an item has changed after you made your purchase, the new prices cannot be applied to any previous orders.

How do I start my return?

Please send your parcel back to 710 Stanley St. Oceanside CA, 92054. Once you have sent the parcel, if you send us the tracking number/what items are being sent back/order number we can issue your store credit immediately.
